Fresh facts have emerged why Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi fell out with his first wife, Olori Adebukunola Adebisi. Those in the know squealed that the handsome king had a turbulent marriage with her while they live in Lagos as couple.
Our sources disclosed that she equally had a running battle with her inlaws which further created bitterness between her and the husband. We were told that she singlehandedly prevented the husband’s love child, Adeola from staying with the family at the main house as she had to live in the boys quarter in her father’s compound.
That’s not all, we gathered that she is fond of assaulting the husband at the slightest provocation and in the presence of his parents. Also, insiders revealed that she did everything possible for the husband not to be the Ooni of Ife when the battle for the throne started as she was afraid that he may take another wife when becomes Kabiyesi.
