The political bitter war between the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Bode George appears to have deepened amid the party’s lingering internal crisis.
The two political figures have repeatedly exchanged criticisms over developments within the PDP.
Speaking during a media briefing on Tuesday, Wike described Bode George as the “father of corruption,” escalating the war of words between them.
The FCT Minister said: “You don’t stay in one place and start saying something that is not correct. Anytime he loses, he will be calling judiciary corrupt, meanwhile he’s the father of corruption.”
“Even the house he’s staying in at Maitama, Abuja is Rivers State’s money. I say so. Let him come out and prove me wrong.”
