Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, is in fresh trouble as his colleague, Iyabo Ojo has threatened new legal action against him.
Reacting to his recent viral interview, Iyabo Ojo warned the actor to stop making what she described as false claims involving her children.
She said; “The court found you guilty based on evidence, so please don’t drag my children into this else I would direct my counsel to serve you appropriate papers.”
In the interview, Baba Ijesha claimed that Iyabo Ojo had once entrusted her children to his care when they were younger.
He said; “I have never asked her out or kissed her before. But what pains me the most about Iyabo Ojo is that she once entrusted Priscilla and her brother in my care when they were younger. But she’s my product. I won’t speak bad of her.”
The controversy stems from earlier allegations made by comedian Princess (Damilola Adekoya), who accused Baba Ijesha of sexually assaulting her 14-year-old foster daughter.
Baba Ijesha was subsequently convicted by a Lagos State High Court and served a prison sentence before his release in November 2025.
