Federal lawmaker, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has taken former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, to the cleaners over his claim that he played a major role in making the late Muhammadu Buhari president.
Speaking during an interview on Sunday, Oshiomhole claimed that Amaechi did not even vote for Buhari during the 2015 presidential election.
According to him, Amaechi was politically overwhelmed by former Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, at the time and was unable to deliver votes in Rivers State.
Oshiomhole further alleged that Amaechi directed his supporters in the state to boycott the election, making his claim of helping Buhari become president questionable.
