Former Governor Christopher Alao-Akala of Oyo State is dead.
Although details of his death is not yet known. He died at the age of 71.
Akala was a former police officer and ex-Governor of Oyo State and a candidate of the ADP in 2019 Governorship election in Oyo State.
He was born on June 3, 1950 at Ogbomoso, Ogbomoso North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
