Governor Soludo Appoints Managing Directors For ARTMA, ASICTA, ACTDA Agencies

The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has approved the appointments of the following persons as Managing Directors of the following government Agencies

1. MD — Anambra Road Traffic Management Agency (ARTMA) – Mr. Emeka Okonkwo (Konti)
2. MD – Anambra State Information and Communication Technology Agency (ASICTA) – Mr. Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata
3. MD — Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA) – Mr. Osita Onuko

The new MDs are expected to bring in a renewed vigour and commitment into their various agencies

The Governor disclosed this on Monday May 4th, 2026, in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime.
