The United Kingdom of Atlantis – UKA and the St Louis Empire – River Empire of the West are pleased to announce the election and confirmation of HRM Serene Majesty Dr King Kelvin Morgan as the reigning King of the St Louis Empire.
The royal proclamation was officially issued and signed on 4th July 2026 by Emperor Prof Solomon Wining, Reigning Monarch of the United Kingdom of Atlantis, in keeping with the customs, traditions, and constitutional order of the UKA.
