NBM Of Africa Partners FRSC To Launch Safety Initiative

The leadership of NBM of Africa a Non-Governmental Organisation with pan-African ideologies has collaborated with Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) to launch an initiative tag; “DRIVE SAFELY TO STAY ALIVE”.

The essence of the initiative is to create public awareness through enlightenment program on the need for commercial vehicles operators as well as private vehicle drivers to apply safety caution by driving within speed limit during this yuletide period.

The organisation intend visiting motor parks in various states to educate commercial operators on the need not to drink while driving, on the need not to over load vehicles, on the need not to use vehicles that are not road worthy, on the need to observe road signs and have mandatory accessories like fire extinguishers etc in the vehicles.

The National President of the organisation Omooba Kehinde Akanimodo on behalf of the organisation and supported by the Deputy Corp Marshal of FRSC unveiled the reflective vest.
