President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, following the death of his mother, Mama Lydia Yilwatda.

Mama Yilwatda passed away on Sunday morning at the University of Jos Teaching Hospital. She was 83 years old.
In a condolence message released by the State House, President Tinubu described the late Mama Yilwatda as a virtuous woman who lived a life of deep faith, service, and commitment to the well-being of her community.
The President urged Prof. Yilwatda to take solace in the meaningful life his mother led, and to accept her passing as the divine will of Almighty God.
“May her soul rest in peace,” President Tinubu prayed, adding that God will grant the APC Chairman, his family, and all those Mama Yilwatda left behind the strength to bear the loss.
