Popular Nigerian media personality, Daddy Freeze, has officially joined The Honest Bunch podcast team, stepping in as a replacement for embattled podcaster, Nedu Wazobia.
The announcement was made on Sunday, June 15, 2025, via the podcast’s official Instagram page.
A promotional poster shared on the platform featured Daddy Freeze alongside other members of the podcast crew, confirming his new role.
The post reads; “The Honest Bunch podcast just got more unfiltered. “Get ready for hotter takes, deeper convos, and unapologetic honesty. Say hello to our latest addition @daddyfreeze.”
However, Daddy Freeze, confirming the development, shared the poster on his Instagram page with a caption: “A New Era Has Begun.”
Nedu stepped down from his role as host of the podcast following allegations that he exploited the platform to solicit sexual favors from aspiring entertainers in exchange for guest appearances.
