Famous Tanzanian artist, Diamond Platnumz, has officially tied the knot with his record label signee, Zuchu, in a private ceremony held on June 1, 2025.
The low-key wedding, which surprised many fans, comes after months of speculation about the couple’s relationship. Zuchu, signed under Diamond’s WCB Wasafi label, has been romantically linked to the singer for some time, though both parties remained tight-lipped until now.
However, the news has stirred reactions online, particularly from Diamond’s ex-girlfriend, Zari Hassan. In a viral video circulating on social media, Zari addressed the marriage, saying she ended her relationship with Diamond due to his infidelity.
“Zuchu wins girlfriend award of the year. She is strong. We could not do it. I hope Platnumz treats her better now because she’s a wife now,” Zari said during a recent interview.
“Let him change, it would be really nice. That guy is pulling out a lot of shit.”
