Veteran Nigerian musician, Ebenezer Obey, has dismissed widespread rumours claiming that he is dead or suffering from a stroke.
In a video shared on his Instagram page on Sunday, September 7th, 2025, Obey debunked the reports, describing them as the handiwork of enemies.
He said; “Enemies have come again. Stop the rumours. Ebenezer Obey is alive and well. What they have said is lies that came from the kingdom of darkness.”
“I’m alive says the Lord Jesus Christ. I don’t have a stroke. I arrived in London yesterday to look after myself.”
