Veteran Nollywood actor, director and producer, Prince Jide Kosoko has defended President Bola Tinubu’s administration, urging Nigerians to be patient and give the government more time to deliver on its promises.

Speaking in a recent interview, Kosoko said Tinubu is human and cannot be expected to be perfect.
He said; “You can’t judge a house before it is completed. Tinubu is not God, so he cannot be perfect.”
The actor also claimed that many of those criticizing the President are being influenced by political opponents.
According to him; “Some people are putting ideas into the minds of young Nigerians, especially Gen Z, to turn them against the government because they are easy to influence.”
Kosoko further alleged that some self-acclaimed activists collect money from politicians to sway public opinion, but are quick to accuse others of being paid whenever they support the government.
He insisted that supporting the government does not mean he is blind to the hardship Nigerians are facing, adding that he also has family members who are affected by the country’s economic challenges.
